Welcome to Orange County Truck Stop by K&C Logistics LLC. By entering, parking, or otherwise using our premises, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Responsibility for Vehicles or Contents
   This truck stop and parking facility provides parking space only. K&C Logistics LLC does not assume, accept, or undertake any responsibility or liability for the security, safety, loss, theft, fire, damage, or destruction of any vehicle or its contents, regardless of the cause.

2. No Duty of Care
   We do not provide surveillance, custody, control, or safeguarding of vehicles. Parking is strictly at the vehicle owner’s and/or driver’s sole risk.

3. No Liability for Personal Injury
   K&C Logistics LLC shall not be liable for any injury, accident, or harm to any person using the truck stop or parking facility, whether arising from negligence, accident, or otherwise.

4. Independent Use
   By using this facility, you agree that you are solely responsible for locking, securing, and safeguarding your vehicle and belongings.

5. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless K&C Logistics LLC, its owners, managers, and employees from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of this facility.

6. No Bailment Created
   The provision of truck stop and parking space does not create a bailment or custodial relationship between K&C Logistics LLC and any user of the facility.
